Request account deletion
You can delete your Nail & Tally account two ways. Both remove your personal login and profile.
Option 1: Delete it inside the app (fastest)
- Open Nail & Tally and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your login and personal profile are removed and you will be signed out.
Option 2: Request it by email
If you can't sign in, email us and we'll process the deletion. Send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify it's you:
What gets deleted, and what does not
Deleting your account removes your personal data: your name, email, and login. You will no longer be able to sign in.
Nail & Tally is a workplace tool. The company's inventory and activity records (for example, that an item was logged, transferred, or received on a given date) belong to the company that employs you, not to you personally. As explained in our Privacy Policy (Section 10), those business records are kept even after your personal account is deleted. If you need company records changed or removed, that request goes through your company's administrator.
